(ConservativeHub.com) – When former President Donald Trump signed the CARES Act in 2020, it contained a provision for the declassification of what the government supposedly knew about Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs), which the government has since rebranded as Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs). This provision led to the release of a nine-page, unclassified report in June 2021, but it was vague at best. Now, there’s a petition circulating to get the US government to release the videos allegedly depicting UAPs.
On February 10, activist Adam Goldsack of the UK started a petition on the Change.org website, hoping to get the government to release all unclassified cases and videos it has in its possession. Goldsack directed the petition at Senators Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Marco Rubio (R-FL) and four others.

The petition asks for the release of video data “so that civilian science can investigate and better understand this technology.”
Though lacking in details, the nine-page DNI report did say the UAPs exhibited “unusual flight characteristics” and that there had been several that needed further evaluation. Perhaps interested civilians would be able to pinpoint specific patterns.
The new petition has fueled thousands of individuals to support the cause. As of February 28, the petition has garnered over 3,500 signatures.
