(ConservativeHub.com) – On Friday, June 14, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan said during an interview on Fox News that the US needs leaders with “common sense,” and suggested he would fit the bill.
During an appearance on “Fox & Friends,” Hogan, who is better known as Terry Gene Bollea, claimed that they needed people in politics who had common sense. He added that this means that if the country needs a president or a vice president, he would volunteer to take over the position and that he would “rule with an iron fist.”
The WWE Hall of Famer said that his policy proposition would just be based on “common sense” and that he would introduce a flat tax. He continued by saying that he knew how to distinguish between right and wrong.
In 2018, Hogan, 70, considered running for the Florida Senate and claimed that people had previously been pushing for him to run for office. However, despite this push, he added that he had decided against doing it.
Hogan has made multiple appearances on Fox News recently in an effort to promote his Real American Beer. He said the idea of the beer had come to him because of how competitive the industry is and because he had seen the way Bud Light’s promotion previously backfired. He added that this made him think that there was an available opening.
Last year Bud Light faced a lot of controversy on both sides of the political aisle after a promotion involving Dylan Mulvaney.
