Love Pours in for Olivia Newton-John After Her Passing

Beloved Star DEAD – Tributes Pour In!

(ConservativeHub.com) – There are few movie stars that Americans of all generations still recognize in some capacity, but Olivia Newton-John was likely one of them. The Cambridge-born star rose to fame with John Travolta in 1978 when the blockbuster movie “Grease” hit theaters. Songs like “You’re The One That I Want,” and “Hopelessly Devoted To You” kept her in the spotlight for decades. Sadly, she just passed away after a decades-long battle with cancer.

On Monday, August 8, John Easterling, Newton-John’s husband, announced that his beloved wife died peacefully at her home in California. She first battled breast cancer in 1992, but it came back in her shoulder in 2013. After beating it again, the disease returned in 2017 at the base of her spine. Throughout her diagnosis, she became a firm advocate for plant medicine, especially through her Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund.

Other stars, including Travolta, poured out their tributes to the beloved actress and singer.

Music legend Dionne Warwick celebrated Newton-John as an “angelic voice,” “dear friend,” and also “one of the nicest people” she had worked with.

Tributes poured in from all over the world. People who worked with her remembered her as kind, generous, and a shining light of positivity. Many shared stories of how her encouragement benefitted them.

Her husband, her daughter, a brother and sister, and many nieces and nephews survive the “Grease” star. May she rest in peace.
