Man Allegedly Attempted to Purchase Stolen Remains

Man Accused of Buying and Selling Human Remains

Criminal INVESTIGATION – Body Parts Were Reportedly Stolen!

(ConservativeHub.com) – The buying and selling of goods and services keep the American economy going. Yet, sometimes people sell items they have no business offering. For instance, cops recently found out about a man allegedly purchasing stolen body parts with the intent to resell them on Facebook.

On July 22, Pennsylvania police arrested Jeremy Lee Pauley, 40, of Enola, for receiving stolen property, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, and abusing a corpse. He was trying to purchase body parts for $4,000 from a woman in Arkansas who had allegedly stolen them from the Arkansas Central Mortuary Services in Little Rock. He planned to resell them on Facebook through his page “The Grand Wunderkammer.” Federal authorities are investigating the case of the stolen remains.

Pauley did reportedly have many legally-obtained body parts at his residence. Investigators even uncovered three five-gallon buckets filled with human remains. But, police did intercept the allegedly illegal shipment of such items from the Arkansas woman in Scranton, Pennsylvania, which led to his arrest. For now, the Pennsylvania man is out on $50,000 bail and is continuing his business, which includes making blood paintings while awaiting trial.

According to The Hill, Sean McCormack, district attorney for Cumberland County, thought he had “seen it all” at this point in his career, but this case proved him wrong.
