Paul Pelosi CAR CRASH – Charges Filed!
(ConservativeHub.com) – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and her husband Paul Pelosi married in 1963, so they’ve lived a lot of life together. Even so, they had a new first this month when the Napa County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against Paul Pelosi for driving under the influence.
On May 28, Paul Pelosi, 82, was driving home alone from a dinner party near their residence in his 2021 Porche when he missed a stop sign, pulled into an intersection, and a Jeep hit him. Police arrested Pelosi that night, and he left on a $5,000 bail the following morning. The Speaker was in Rhode Island at the time, and her office would not comment on the matter.
Nancy Pelosi's husband Paul charged with DUI after May crash
“Pelosi had a blood alcohol content level of .082% after the crash…sample was taken at 12:32 a.m., which was two hours after the collision”
This DUI can be beaten by a good lawyer

Officers measured Pelosi’s blood alcohol level at 12:32 a.m., over two hours after the crash, and it read 0.083%. This level is only slightly over the legal limit of 0.08%. Still, if a judge or jury convicts him of driving under the influence and causing injury while driving with a blood alcohol level of over 0.08%, he would spend a minimum of five days in jail. Pelosi also possibly faces up to five years of probation, fines, and having to use an ignition lock when operating a car from here on out.
August 3 is his first court date when the court will decide much of his fate.
