(ConservativeHub.com) – Republicans are working hard to prepare for the upcoming 2022 midterm elections. Several leading Republicans like House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) have already reached out to Donald Trump to secure his assistance with taking back the House. Optimism is spreading throughout the country, and fundraising efforts are through the roof.
On Tuesday, June 15, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) told Fox News it raised over $14 million during May. The NRCC also noted that May was its third month of record-breaking revenue generation in a row so far this year.

NRCC Chair Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN) sent a statement to Fox News, noting that Americans are “ready to do whatever is necessary” to put an end to the Progressive Socialist agenda of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (R-CA) and House Democrats. May’s fundraising figures represent “the latest indication” that House Republicans are ready to retake the chamber.
The NRCC reported that it had a total of more than $42 million in cash on hand as May ended. That figure represents more than double the amount it had at the same point during the last election cycle.
With any luck, Republicans will see a repeat of the 1994 midterm elections. Republicans dominated that election cycle, picking up scores of seats in the House, due in large part to the efforts of former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-GA) and his Contract with America.
Trump recently met with Gingrich, and the two of them are working together to create a new version of that contract in hopes of dominating the 2022 midterms. That sounds like a winning combination.
