Mystery surrounds the teen’s death. When Daniel Moshi arrived at the event, he exchanged a few quick text messages with his mother, telling her he had made it to the location and everything was good.
But only a couple of hours later, he passed out on stage at the event. Attendees administered CPR until emergency personnel arrived and took him to the hospital. The teen never regained consciousness. Karolin Moshi said the coroner called her the following day and told her there was nothing physically wrong with her son to explain why he died.
The DuPage County coroner is investigating the death but hasn’t any additional information. According to ABC7, the young man’s father, Loden Moshi, said the family was “devastated” and “shocked” by the loss.
