White House Announces Jen Psaki Replacement

White House SHAKEUP – Look Who’s Leaving

(ConservativeHub.com) – Ever since rumors spread of White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki leaving her current post for a position at MSNBC, people have been speculating as to who will fill her role. Yet, America doesn’t have to wait anymore because President Joe Biden recently announced her successor.

On Thursday, May 5, the White House announced Karine Jean-Pierre would begin her new role as the White House Press Secretary on Friday, May 13. She will be the first Black woman to serve in this role. She’s also the first openly gay press secretary. However, what really has America talking is the fact her long-time partner is CNN reporter Suzanne Malveaux, creating what some experts call a clear conflict of interest.

The New York Post shared a photo of the pair on Twitter:

Jean-Pierre was born to Haitian immigrants and grew up in New York City before attending college at both the New York Institute of Technology and Columbia. She has served as a political analyst for MSNBC and NBC News, the principal deputy press secretary, and a deputy assistant to Biden.

Critics often called out Psaki for evading tough questions during news briefings. Will Jean-Pierre follow in those footsteps or face America and their questions head-on?
