(ConservativeHub.com) – In Indianapolis, a woman, 34, allegedly drove her car into what she believed to be an “Israel school” in Indianapolis. According to NBC News, the police have noted that at the time of the crash, there was one adult and four children who ranged in ages from 7 months to 3 years old in the Israelite School of Universal and Practical Knowledge.
Ruba Almaghtheh, who was the driver of the car, was arrested for criminal recklessness following the crash which had taken place at around 11:30 p.m. on Friday, November 3. According to law enforcement, there were no injuries as a result of the woman driving her Chevy Impala into the school building.
Almaghtheh is now facing multiple charges, including criminal recklessness, intimidation, and institutional criminal mischief. A press release, stated that Almaghtheh had told an officer that after watching the news she could no longer breathe. She also made a reference to “her people back in Palestine.”
It is further noted in the release that the woman reportedly passed through the area several times and saw the “Israel school.” She stated that she crashed the car “on purpose.”
The school is connected with Radical Hebrew Israelites, a group that is considered a “hate group” by the Southern Poverty Law Center. The center specifically notes that the group follows an ideology that is misogynistic, xenophobic, anti-white, and anti-LGBTQ.
Law enforcement has noted that both the Marion County prosecutor’s office and the FBI have been informed about the incident.
