(ConservativeHub.com) – On Tuesday, Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House press secretary, slammed WBT Charlotte radio host Mark Garrison after he questioned whether or not President Joe Biden had dementia, according to a report from The Hill.
Garrison stated during his radio interview with Jean-Pierre that when he had told people he would be talking to her, many people had asked him to ask whether or not Biden had dementia. Jean-Pierre was quick to respond to that question by saying that she could not believe she was being asked this and that the question was very offensive.
However, that did not stop Garrison from pressing further, telling her there were many people who were asking this question and she knew it. The press secretary refused to answer, saying, “You’re taking us down this rabbit hole.”
Jean-Pierre continued by arguing that over the last few years, the President’s medical doctors have put out extensive records regarding his health. She added that if one looks at the President’s actions and everything that he has achieved, then they can see how committed he has been to the American people. She then encouraged Garrison to move to the next question, expressing her belief that his previous query was “insulting.”
Garrison accepted that response and moved on to ask about Biden’s efforts to win support in North Carolina, especially given high grocery and gas prices. In response, Jean-Pierre said that the economic strengths of the Biden administration have helped bring down the prices.
