(ConservativeHub.com) – On Monday, December 18, actor Alec Baldwin reportedly got into a heated exchange with a Pro-Palestine demonstrator during a rally.
NBC News reported that law enforcement officials had to escort the 65-year-old away after the altercation. In a video that was captured from the incident, Baldwin was seen having a conversation with a few protesters, at one point saying, “That’s my business.” One of the protesters could then be heard asking Baldwin whether, as someone who works for Hollywood, he condemned Israel.
In response, Baldwin said that the person asking had made up their mind regarding every answer to their questions. He added that these were “stupid questions” and that they were assuming that just because of his work, he was in the pocket of Hollywood. He then told them to ask him something smart and pushed into them.
Several law enforcement officials had to get involved in the action to get Baldwin away from the scene while one protester shouted, asking why he had even attended the event. This seemed to result in Baldwin telling them to “Shut the f‑‑‑ up.”
This latest confrontation occurred during one of the demonstrations that has spurred up across the country. Many critics of Israel’s approach are calling for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war in the Middle East. The war was launched following Hamas’ surprise attack against Israel on Oct. 7 which resulted in 1,200 people losing their lives. According to AP, Gaza officials have put the death toll of Palestinians at over 20,000.
