(ConservativeHub.com) – At a Florida beach, a teenager who allegedly pulled a gun caused chaos as he ran through the crowd.

On Thursday, March 14, people on New Smyrna Beach started to run in different directions shouting that the teenager in question was carrying a gun. This prompted one of the deputies at the scene to call for the teenager to drop the weapon. The incident was caught on the officer’s bodycam.

The deputy started to run after the teenager calling for him to drop the weapon, while many other law enforcement officers also joined the chase.

It was later revealed that the gunman was identified as Felixander Solis-Guzman, 16, who had reportedly gotten into the water and remained in the shallow for a few minutes. The bodycam footage shows that the man lined up along the beach while having their firearms drawn.

After some time, Guzman ended up dropping his firearm into the ocean, while the deputy continued to give instructions to the officers that were surrounding him and telling them to be cautious in case he had a second gun.

Guzman ended up complying with the orders of the officers and was arrested without incident. When the deputies investigated the area, they found his gun along with a bag containing 20 small baggies that contained marijuana.

Guzman is now facing a number of charges, including three counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, improper exhibition of a gun, resisting law enforcement, two counts of tampering with evidence, and possession of a firearm by a person under 18. There are also seven active no-bond warrants active against him in Orange County, including one for robbery with a gun and having violated his probation.
