(ConservativeHub.com) – The Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW, put out a list of charges that former President Donald Trump could potentially face following the investigation into his attempts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

According to a report from Newsweek, the watchdog group’s list of 10 offenses could be an indication of what charges the Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis might bring against the former president. For a long time now, Willis’ office has been investigating Trump’s infamous call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in 2021 in an effort to determine whether any crimes took place. During the phone call, Trump had urged him to find the 11,780 votes that would have given him the numbers he needed to win Georgia.

Newsweek reports that CREW sees a number of potential charges ahead for Trump, including four charges related to election fraud and interference with elections. The organization also suggests he could be indicted for making false statements, forgery, influencing witnesses, committing RICO crimes, false swearing, and criminal solicitation.

Since the investigation first started, the scope of the probe has widened as they are also looking into the possibility the Trump campaign had been planning on sending fake electors who would claim that Trump won in Georgia. Trump’s campaign has also been accused of intimidating election workers.

The special grand jury report from the probe into the case was partially released last week. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, ordered for a redacted version to be released. However, the public version does not include the recommendations of criminal charges made by the grand jury.

In January, Willis had argued that the full grand jury report should not be released as it could have an effect on the potential criminal charges that will be pressed.
