(ConservativeHub.com) –  The former national press secretary in the 2016 presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton has recently been recruited by Vice President Kamala Harris to lead communication. Brian Fallon is known for his role in the liberal judicial advocacy group, Demand Justice, and he’s now being brought on to the Biden-Harris campaign.

Harris’ campaign chief of staff Sheila Nix said that Fallon had many abilities and a in-depth knowledge of many of the most important issues for Americans. In a statement reported by the Washington Post, she added that they were thrilled to have Fallon join the campaign and that he would be a great asset in the 2024 reelection campaign.

According to the report, Fallon is set to start his new role next month. Previously, he had been leading Demand Justice, which works to advocate for the appointment of liberal judges to the US courts. The group has also advocated for the expansion of the Supreme Court, a controversial move that has both staunch supporters and critics.

According to Fox News, Fallon said during a podcast episode in the past that his organization first began to focus on court packing after they received advice from Elie Mystal, a left-wing activist, who had been pushing for an additional 10 Supreme Court Justices to be included. Fallon referred to Mystal as one of the leading voices in the efforts to reform the Supreme Court. The outlet reported he has also referred to the U.S. Constitution as “trash.”
