(ConservativeHub.com) – In Arizona, the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office deputies recently managed to rescue a woman who had been kidnapped after she gave a note to someone at a gas station.

According to reports, the authorities stated that the woman who remained unnamed had given the note to one of the gas station’s customers at 5pm on Tuesday, August 22. The note had information about her being kidnapped, including her name and a request that they contact 911. It also detailed what her kidnapper’s vehicle looked like along with a phone number and where they were headed.

The customer proceeded to make the call to 911 informing them about all of the information provided in the note. Officials also said that the customer supplied them with information about the clothing that both the woman and man were wearing.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety helped locate the Blue Honda van which was on I-40 at Mile Post 116. Following the apprehension of the van, the suspect, Jacob Wilhoit, 41, was brought into custody.

Emergency dispatchers were also able to verify that the young woman’s mother had reported that she was missing earlier that afternoon. Detectives determined that the woman had been abducted from a car dealership on Monday morning and that Wilhoit had pretended to be an Uber driver at the time.

The suspect proceeded to restrain the victim and started heading towards Las Vegas. There were also allegedly firearms found in the suspect’s vehicle.
