(ConservativeHub.com) – Those entering a fast food drive-thru one main expectation—that they are going to receive exactly what they ordered fast. However, according to a new survey, it was found that certain fast food chains are better at delivering fast quality service than others.

According to a recent report from Newsweek, the annual drive-thru study released by Intouch Insight gathers statistics about fast food chains in various categories, including food quality, speed, order accuracy, and satisfaction. In this year’s survey, they looked at close to 1,500 drive-thru visits at 10 chains across the country. This included Wendy’s, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, KFC, Hardee’s, Dunkin’, Chick-fil-A, Carl’s Jr., Burger King, and Arby’s.

According to the analysis, the service offered by these fast food chains has gotten faster over the last year, with order time being reduced by 29 seconds. The number of cards usually found in the drive thru line has also dropped to 1.27 from 2.76. The majority of the customers are also receiving the correct orders, with order accuracy and customer satisfaction having increased.

Much like last year, Chick-fil-A came on top in many of the categories. However, many other fast food chains were following closely behind. Where Chick-fil-A did not manage to come in the top five is speed–with the caveat that it tends to have the highest number of cars seeking service. Based on the number of cars in line, Chick-fil-A still managed to come out on top for speed, with McDonald’s coming in at second place.

Based on raw speed alone, Taco Bell was ranked the fastest drive-thru, and Carl Jr’s and KFC followed directly behind it. Meanwhile, Chick-fil-A and Burger King had the highest scores for order accuracy. Chains like Hardee’s, Arby’s, and Dunkin tying for the lowest spots.
